AI Assistant
The Chat with Document feature allows users to ask questions about MS Office and PDF documents via the AI assistant. This feature enables detailed information about the document's content to be obtained, specific sections to be queried, and quick feedback on the content.
Using Chat with Document

Accessing the Function:
- When an MS Office or PDF document is opened, the feature is available.
- Click the Start Chat button in the top menu.
- The Chat with Document screen will open in the right panel.

Asking Questions:
- In the chat panel, questions about the document's content can be typed.
- The AI analyzes the document and provides the most suitable answer.
- Example questions:
- Can you summarize the document?
- What is the purpose of the document?
- What topics does the document cover?

Reviewing Answers:
- Answers generated by the AI are displayed instantly.
- Additional questions can be asked, or analysis can be done on different documents based on the answers.
Authorization and Usage Conditions
- Authorization: This feature can only be used by users who have the Document Management -> AI Assistant permission.
- File Format: Currently, MS Office and PDF documents are supported.
- Credit Usage: Sufficient credits must be available to use the AI functions. To check whether you have enough credits, please contact your company administrator.

- Although the document content is analyzed, access restrictions may be applied based on user permissions.
- AI-generated answers are based on the document's content, and their accuracy should be verified by the user.
- The analysis process may vary for large documents.
